 I Am trying to get some assistance for christmas. I work fulltime who work with low income families but this year we as a family have struggles. my husband was laid off of work for three years and we struggled and bills just got further and further behind. we turned to payday loans to make ends meet etc. i had like 10,000 worth medical bills,etc due to surgery i had to have on my feet.. everything just piled up. I was in debt about like 40,000. we in process of our home in foreclosure, in process if losing vehicles. so close to living on the street. we are a family of six. still four girls at home of ages 12,8,5,and 2. I asked my inlaws for assistance for past due bills,etc and they took care of past due bills but with strings attached. they are conservatorships and all money were earn is turned over to them and they pay our current util bills,mort, van payment,etc and we have to call them for money for groceries,etcand keep receipts. we no longer have access to our paychecks as my husband has just started a new job but for now we do not have any extra money. in past inlaws gave us money for christmas for girls but due them taking over our finances and paying past due bills the girls will not have any christmas this year. I feel bad about this but know I had to sacrafice for my children and husband so just checking to see if there is any assistance out there. sad we have checks to show what we earn but do not see it. I hate asking for assistance especially when I work as a casemanager for disdavanted families but i guess we all do struggle. I do not qualify for food basket as they use your income which we do not have anymore. I made some bad decisons with finances in past and do not regret what had to do to get some assistance but do not want the kids to suffer. we will not be able to get a tree either. i do have to be thankful though that we have roof over our head, food,clothing. all the necessities we need to get by but will be a dismal christmas for our family. do have any assistance out there. please contact me at email rammwm@bresnan.net

Hello my name is erica and I am a very blessed mother of 2 beautiful little girls ages 3 and 1. I really hope this reaches a mother in need like today or before christmas. Luckily I have been blessed to have such a great fiance in our lives to give us a wonderful christmas. But unfortunetly many others aren't so lucky. I have been a single mom before I met my now fiance and had to struggle with my oldest daughter on my own for food, clothes, and even a place to live. So I know exactly whats it's like to be a single mom and be in need but you are either afraid to ask or dont know who to ask. Well now that my daughters are growing and have more than enough I want to bless another. I know this is a late offer but I could never find the right person or place to donate and know for sure if that person was really recieving the stuff. I am new to the website and I just want u to know we are a VERY clean family that would never donate unclean used items. All of the toys and clothes are name brand and very gently used. There are no stains or holes or rips on the things we are donating. I made sure we got rid of those things first lol. Some things havent even been worn b/c I forgot it was in there closet. I mean just b/c ur in need doesnt mean u have to settle for nasty used things. Well if u are in need for christmas or even after I will b glad to help this winter.

I am a mother of 3 and i have severe eplipelsy and i am only able to work part time. my husband was in an airplane accident which left him disabled and he cannot work-so it relies on me....my children ages are 19 girl-17-girl and 10 boy. i have looked everywhere and got turned down.local churches,tv.stations,salvation army,toys for tots- i am getting really deppressed that my children wont have a christmas.-i barely can pay the bills and provide food on the table...me and my husband arenot worried about ourselves we never do but our children are the ones suffering..

i am having to wait till i can afford a christmas tree and decorations to celebrate.,if anyone knows of anyone or any organizations that can help us please, please ,let me know.

please help  if there any one out ther who likes to help someone for christmas who is really in need i am asking not for my self but know someone who really needs help this man and his son has lost so much this year of 2008 and left very depressed. he lost his wife on feburary who died at his feet at 4:30a.m. she had been sick for a long time but not expected to die at this moment.they just had started buying their home and she lived 1 and half months after they bought it. she was the one who had always paid the bills and the husband is now behind on everything because he didnt know all of what they owed. he has a water shut. and nothing left to give his son or even christmas dinner. the boy is 16 years old. everyone no matter how old likes something on christmas day even if its just something to eat for christmas dinner he is unable to work and the son still in school. when he lost his wife he lost a income to. if someone can help in anyway please contact me. i know he has a hard with even personal items wash powder toliet paper dish soap bleach deodorant  shampoo ect please help him

Hi. My name is Amanda. I am married and have 5 kids. In August of this year My husband and I bought a house our first house. We are so happy to finally not have to rent anymore. On November 15 I lost my job and our heating system had broke we had to pay 3,000 for a new one. Now when we bought this house we were going off both of our incomes. Now I know we will be able to make the rent but not have enough for christmas for my kids. We have been through alot of compclations. I have a 5 year old she is 145 and doctors cannot figure out we she all of a sudden gained 60 pounds in 4 months, i also have a 4 year old who was born at 21 weeks he was a twin but his twin died of NEC. My son also had it and olny has 26 inches of his intestine left. We want to know if anyone can help us get presents on this hard time we are having. My kids have been being so good because they are always asking mom I'm being good so santa can get me some presents and It makes me cry.I also have a 12 year old girl a 11 year old boy 5 year old girl 4 year old boy. •  Hi, my name is donna and i am a single mother of two kids girl 11,boy15 and i have been diagnosed with having tuberculouis and i have been really weak and havent been able to  work. MY kids have not had a good christmas for the last three yrs because i have problems with my kidneys and just health in general and the tb is the hardest thing to deal with because it could settle in my lungs at anytime this is what killed my dad so im so scared that i might not be around long and i want to be able to see the biggest smiles on my kids face that i could possible see. There isnt anything in this world that i would love than to be able to give my kids some happiness and do things with them but i am on welfare right now and i have not gotten any child support for three yrs. There is 25000 owed in that. Their dad has not been apart of their life for that long either and im asking all you people out their to open ur hearts and help me and my kids have a little bit of happiness in case this tb takes a turn for the worse. I just cant do it on my own. I live in an housing project that i have been in since i was sixteen cant give my kids a good house to live in with a yard and i cant even afford to bye them clothes and this really tears my upset inside because they deserve so much better. So I am asking all you people with generious hearts make my kids christmas a little brighter this year pls.

My name is Thad McCoy and my wife's name is Gina and she does not know that i'm asking for help. We have four boy's and three of them our special need's children. Our 14 year old has ADD. Our 8 year old is autistic and also has ADHD. Our 6 year old has some brain damage. I know this is tough times for everyone and everyone has there own story. I just don't have the heart to tell my kids that they will not have a christmas this year due to money heartship, it will just break there hearts. But I can say we are a strong family with lot of love and if it comes to the point that we cant have christmas I know that we will get threw it together. So if you would like to donate any money for our christmas that would be a blessing.
